Amboseli is Located about a four-hour drive (240 km or 150 miles) southeast of Nairobi, it is well known for its herds of big tusked elephants and overlooking mt Kilimanjaro. Amboseli can be visited throughout the year, but the best wildlife watching is in the Dry season (June to October) when animals gather around marshes and other predictable water sources.
When it’s dry, animals crossing the sandy plains kick up a lot of dust, offering great photo opportunities in the late afternoon. The dry spell between the rains, from January to February, can also be a great time for wildlife viewing.

Itineraries
Day 1
Nairobi to Amboseli
Your tour starts with pick up at 7:30 AM from your Nairobi hotel or Airport and depart to Amboseli national park which is about a 4 hour drive from Nairobi. Arrive in Amboseli national parkvaround noon, check into your lodge/camp, have hot lunch and then depart for an afternoon game drive.
After the game drive, we head back to lodge/camp to reach by around 5:30 or 6:00 PM, freshen up and enjoy a freshly prepared Dinner. Overnight at your lodge.
Day 2
Amboseli to Nairobi
Wake up early in the morning and proceed for game drives around 6:15 AM.
Continue with game drives till around 9:00 AM and then head back to camp for breakfast.
After breakfast, check out from proceed to Nairobi to reach by around 3:00 PM.
